Delivery terms:
For lot No. 1, work is performed in the service center of the contractor. The tractors are located at the customer's sites in the Kursk region.
Delivery of nodes to the service center and back by and at the expense of the contractor. Delivery of spare parts from Lot No. 3 to the buyer's warehouse at the address: Dmitrievka, Nikiforovsky District, Tambov Region.

Comments: The commercial offer must specify:
- Spare parts prices, service rates;
- The deadline for major repairs when signing the contract is up to 14.01.2022. ;
- Payment terms;
- The validity period of the offer;
- Readiness to work under the standard contract of Rusagro Group of Companies;
- Warranty period;
- Addresses of the contractor's service centers;
- The possibility of providing security measures (bank guarantee) in case the commercial offer provides for partial or full prepayment. In the case of an advance payment of more than 1,000,000 RUB incl. VAT The Supplier/Contractor must provide a bank guarantee with a bank guarantee in a Top-10 bank based on the CBR rating. For confirmation, you must attach a letter from the bank stating that you are ready to provide a bank guarantee for the amount of the advance payment.
Copies of the documents specified in the request must be attached to the offer.
