Payment terms:• Аванс – 50% от стоимости компьютерной техники в течение 10 (десяти) банковских дней с момента подписания настоящего Договора;
• Окончательный расчет – 50% в течение 10 (десяти) банковских дней с момента подписания Акта приема-передачи.
Delivery terms:1. В общую сумму договора должны входить: стоимость самого товара, расходы по транспортировке товара до склада Заказчика, упаковка, стоимость технической документации на русском языке, уплата таможенных сборов и пошлин и других обязательных платежей.
2. Доставка товара осуществляется по адресу: г. Москва, Петровско-Разумовский проезд, дом 28.
3. Сроки поставки компьютерной техники 5 рабочих дней со дня оплаты авансового счета.
