All vehicles delivering Goods to the Buyer's warehouse must be equipped with trackers provided by the Buyer. It is absolutely necessary to attach a certified route of vehicles to the ETP (with a detour of ASF zones).
If the same lowest price per Lot is indicated in several offers, the bidder whose price offer was received earlier than other offers, other things being equal, is recognized as the winner of the electronic auction.
