The purchase and testing of pilot lots will be carried out subject to the following organizational and technical measures:
1. Coordination of the completed bilateral Technical Agreement (TC) with the supplier of refractory products, containing the following information:
- Title page with two-sided agreement;
- Physicochemical characteristics of the proposed materials;
- Technical conditions for the supply of refractory materials, indicating the rules of acceptance, sampling rules, control methods, manufacturing techniques and
testing of control samples, transportation and storage rules, storage periods, etc .;
2. A detailed description of the technology of application in the conditions of JSC "Ural Steel".
3. Based on the proposed concept, within the framework of the TS, the guaranteed specific indicators of the consumption of tap-hole masses, oxygen pipes and drills - (KG / T) should be calculated.
4. Warranty obligations of the supplier, in terms of ensuring the declared specific indicators (KG / T), with a formula for calculating compensation for losses incurred in case of failure to achieve the declared guaranteed specific consumption of refractory materials;
5. References of the company on the proposed refractory mixes.
6. The purchase of pilot batches of taphole masses will be carried out according to economic indicators, taking into account the guaranteed specific consumption of masses, drills and oxygen pipes, on terms of payment for the supplied products - based on the results of achieving the declared guaranteed specific consumption of refractory materials.

Prerequisite: inclusion in the specification of additional requirements for penalties:
"If the Supplier has not delivered the Goods (or delivered in incomplete volume) within 15 calendar days after the end of the delivery period specified in the relevant specification to the Agreement, the Supplier undertakes to pay the Buyer a fine of 20% of the value of the not delivered Goods by transferring funds to the Buyer's account. Payment of the fine does not relieve the Supplier from fulfilling its obligations to supply the Goods according to the relevant specification to the Agreement. "
