Procurement and testing of pilot batches will be subject to the following organizational and technical activities:
1. Negotiation of a bilateral Technical Agreement (TC) with a refractory supplier containing the following information:
- Title page with bilateral agreement;
- Physical and chemical characteristics of the proposed materials;
- Specifications for the supply of refractory materials, with acceptance rules, sampling rules, inspection methods, manufacturing techniques and
tests of control samples, transport and storage rules, shelf life, etc.
2. Detailed description of the application technology in the conditions of Ural Steel JSC.
3. Based on the proposed concept, the TC should calculate guaranteed specific flow rates for the flow masses, oxygen tubes and drill - (KG/T).
4. Supplier's warranty obligations, in respect of asserted unit performance (KG/T), with a formula for calculating compensation for losses incurred, in the event of failure to achieve the claimed Guarantee specific flow rate of refractory materials
5. Company References on the proposed refractory masses.
6. Procurement of pilot runs will be carried out according to economic indicators, taking into account the guaranteed unit flow rate of masses, drillers and oxygen tubes, on the basis of payment products - based on the achievement of the claimed warranty specific consumption of refractory materials.
