Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

The average staffing of the company is at least 10 people.
The number of business process analysts in the staff is at least 2 people.
The Bidder confirms that he has carefully studied the requirements of the Terms of Reference (Requirements Specifications) and agrees to provide a service that fully complies with the requirements of the Requirements Specifications
Payment terms – 100% post-payment, deferred payment for at least 60 calendar days from the signing of closing documents.
Readiness to perform work on the Terms of Reference within no more than 6 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
The validity period of the Commercial Proposal (at least 3 months) the deadline for accepting bids before signing the contract
At least 2 completed contracts from 01.01.2020 for logistics consulting with the use of automated and/or robotic warehouse systems in projects
Confirmation by the consulting customer of the implementation of the automation project.

Participation is free.
E-Signature is not required.

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.
Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders
