The supplier reserves the right to adjust the volumes in the direction of decrease or increase unilaterally, while the amount of adjustment is allowed within 100% of the total volume specified in the application.
7. The initial (minimum) amount of sales for each position*;
12A – 184 000,00 (One hundred eighty four thousand) rubles 00kop, without VAT.
5A – 92 000,00 (Ninety two thousand) rubles 00kop, without VAT.
13A – 34 500,00 (Thirty-four thousand five hundred) rubles 00kop, without VAT.

9. Delivery procedure: scrap removal from the supplier's warehouse is carried out at the expense of the buyer, by the buyer's transport, in separate batches.
10. The term of conclusion of the contract/s is no later than 3 days from the date of publication of the protocol on the website. If, after the specified period, the scrap metal supply contract is not concluded due to the buyer's fault, the Supplier has the right to conclude a contract with the bidder who has been assigned the second number.
11. Qualification requirements for participants: the buyer has a license to procure, store, process and sell scrap of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, providing a copy of the license as part of the application.
