Auto-extension

Payment terms:
An advance payment of 30% (thirty percent) of the delivery price shall be paid thirty (30) calendar days prior to the delivery, provided that the Buyer receives the original invoice, issued by the Supplier. The final payment of 70% for the products under this agreement shall be paid by the Buyer within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of signing the delivery note (TORG-12) on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier.
