Payment terms:	Payment under this Agreement is made from a separate Buyer's account with PJSC Promsvyazbank, opened in accordance with the Federal Law "On the State Defense Order" (No. 275-FZ dated 12/29/2012) for banking support of the State Contract in accordance with subclause "a" of clause 3 of RF Subclause No. 963 of the Rules for Banking Support of Contracts, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated September 20, 2014 No. 963 "On the implementation of banking support of contracts". Settlements under the Agreement are carried out in the following order: - advance payment of Goods for each item in the specification in the amount of 50% of the price indicated in each Invoice is allowed. The Customer makes payment to a separate account of the Supplier, provided that the Supplier has a separate account concluded with the authorized bank of PJSC PROMSVYAZBANK on banking support and opened in accordance with the Federal Law "On the State Defense Order" in the authorized bank of PJSC PROMSVYAZBANK; - The final calculation (taking into account the previously paid advance) of the price indicated in the Invoice is made by the Customer to a separate account of the Supplier within 10 (ten) working days from the date of signing the consignment note (in the form of COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12) / UPD.
