The term of the channel organization is not more than 30 (thirty) working days from the date of signing the agreement. Access to the Service is provided 24 hours a day, 7 calendar days a week, 365/366 days a year.
Payment terms – 100% post-payment, deferred payment for at least 60 calendar days from the invoice date
The validity period of the Commercial Proposal (at least 3 months) from the end date of acceptance of bids
The Bidder fixes the cost (when signing the contract) for a period of months
Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.
Participation is free of charge
E-Signature is not required
The monitoring procedure is carried out in order to form/update the terms of reference, analyze the price range, as well as search for new potential Suppliers.
Based on the results of the monitoring, a Requirements Specification can be generated/updated and a tender can be announced to select a Supplier./Contractor/The performer.
Monitoring Bidders will be included in the pool of potential Bidders of the procurement procedure.
Monitoring is not a Call for Bidding procedure and does not entail an obligation to conclude a contract. It is not an offer.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
