Comments: I invite you to participate in the selection for the provision of services for the repair of railway tracks of JSC RUSAL Krasnoyarsk in 2021.
The tender committee of the enterprise will make a decision based on the results of studying the submitted commercial proposals, the winner will be determined or the second stage of selection announced. bad faith:

The selection winner will be determined taking into account the assessment of the following criteria:
• the lowest cost of work,
• experience and quality of work,
• experience in working with UC RUSAL enterprises,
• deferred payment of at least 60-90 calendar days,
• transition to a bill settlement scheme.
JSC RUSAL Krasnoyarsk reserves the right not to give reasons for its decision to determine the winner of the selection. Information provided by you to participate in the selection is not communicated to persons not related to the selection process, as well as to other selection participants.
If your organization is recognized as the winner of the selection, you need to conclude an agreement with JSC RUSAL Krasnoyarsk on the terms of your commercial proposal.
