Payment terms:Payment for the Services rendered by the Contractor is made monthly within 10 (Ten) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the monthly Acceptance Certificates of the completed works (services rendered), and receipt by the Customer from the Contractor of the invoice for payment.
Delivery terms:The term of rendering services is from April 01, 2023. The contract is valid for 1 year. If none of the parties declares their intention to terminate the contract before the expiration of the contract, the contract is considered to be extended for each subsequent year. At the same time, the total term of the contract should not exceed 3 (Three) years.
