Comments:
1. The participant as part of the application for participation in the procurement provides a complete list of documents (attached). If the requested documents are not provided, the application for participation in the procurement is not considered. The documents must be in Excel format and scanned with the signature of an official authorized to sign;
2. The purchase is carried out on the terms of an option +/- 100% of the volume of the concluded contract (An option means the Buyer's right to reduce (-) or increase (+) the quantity of Goods delivered under the contract without changing the remaining terms of the contract, including without changing the price);
3. The prices indicated in the purchase application must be fixed before 30.09.2026. Attach a free-form confirmation letter;
4. Application deadline date and time: no later than 6 calendar days from the start date of application submission until 12-00 (Moscow time);
5. Payment: 100% within 30 days from the date of signing the act of completed works.
6. The purchase is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, nor is it a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
