The supply of products under this agreement is carried out by the "Supplier" on the condition of delivery within the terms agreed between the parties in St. Almetyevsk ul. R. Fakhretdina d.51 and g. Nurlat st. Sovetskaya 130, according to the power of attorney provided by the "Buyer"

Comments:
This request for quotations is not a bidding procedure. The Organizer has the right to refuse all offers received for any reason or to terminate the price request procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Suppliers!!!

1. MANDATORY ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTRACT AS AMENDED BY THE CUSTOMER.
2. The presence of machine tools for at least 20 machines.
3. Provide calculation parameters for the manufacture of products not included in the request in accordance with Appendix No. 4.
4. The cost of services produced within the Republic of Tajikistan includes transportation costs.
5. Without the involvement of subcontractors.
6. The presence of a design service for the development of drawings.
7. Completion of all works in full and within the terms specified in this agreement.
8. The warranty period for the equipment operation after the work performed is set to twelve months after its delivery to the Buyer.
