Rendering of major repair services for the Renner RS 1-30 compressor.
Compressor room. Consists of three compressors:
Alup Largo 30-8 2pcs
Alup SCK-22 1pc
Renner RS1-30
As a result of inspection of the Renner RS 1-30 compressor, the following was revealed:
1. Strong noise of the bearings of the electric motor and the screw block.
2. The axial backlash of the rotor of the screw block is beyond the manufacturer's tolerance
3. Increased vibration when starting the compressor.
4. Destruction of the rubber damper of the compressor bed.
