Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Not earlier than 30 working days from the date of completion of the work. The proposed prices must be fixed by 31.12.2021.
Delivery terms:Execution of work at the location of the customer's vehicle and in the service center of the contractor. The location of service centers in the Belgorod, Kursk and Oryol regions is required for the corresponding lots.

Comments:
The commercial offer must indicate:
- Cost of work;
- The term of the work is from the date of the application;
- Terms of payment;
- The validity period of the commercial offer;
- Willingness to work under the standard agreement of the Rusagro Group of Companies;
- Guarantee period;
- The possibility of providing interim measures (bank guarantee) if the commercial offer provides for a partial or full prepayment.
It is necessary to attach to the proposal copies of the documents specified in the request.
