Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Upon the provision of the service in the next reporting month, no later than 10 (ten) banking days from the date of the invoice. The date of payment is the date when funds are debited from the Customer's current account.
The Participant has the right to offer alternative payment terms.
Delivery terms:For the provision of services, the Carrier provides technically sound and clean transport. Services must be provided with unconditional compliance with the Legislation of the Russian Federation and other regulatory acts of the Russian Federation in the field of transportation and road safety:
- conducting pre-trip and post-trip medical examinations of drivers;
- release of technically serviceable transport to the line;
- the transport released on the line must be clean;
- the transport produced on the line must be equipped with heating and air conditioning systems;
- ensuring that each vehicle has a waybill, registration documents, and an insurance policy for compulsory civil liability insurance of vehicle owners;
- use of vehicles that have passed the state technical inspection in accordance with the established procedure;
- admission to the management of vehicles of drivers who have the appropriate qualifications and have completed an internship in accordance with the established procedure;
- ensuring compliance with fire protection requirements, in accordance with established standards;
- instructing drivers on traffic safety, transportation rules, service culture and registration of travel documentation.
- The carrier must insure compulsory motor vehicle liability (CTP) in accordance with the procedure established by law;
- if the Carrier's driver did not come to work (due to illness, etc.), the Carrier is obliged to replace him;
- provision of transport for transportation not older than 2018 year of release.

Services must be provided in accordance with:
– Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 195 of 27.02.2019 "On licensing activities for the transportation of passengers and other persons by buses" (together with the "Regulations on Licensing activities for the transportation of passengers and other persons by buses").
– Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 196-FZ of 10.12.1995 "On Road Safety".
– Rules of the Road of the Russian Federation", approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers – Government of the Russian Federation No. 1090 dated 23.10.1993.
– Article 721, 640 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
– Federal Law No. 170-FZ dated 01.07.2011 "On Technical Inspection of Vehicles and on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation"
– Federal Law No. 40-FZ dated 25.04.2002 "On Compulsory Insurance of Civil Liability of Vehicle Owners";
– Federal Law No. 259-FZ dated 08.11.2007 "Charter of Motor Transport and urban ground electric transport";
– GOST R 51825-2001 "Passenger road transport services. General requirements".

The Participant guarantees the Customer when providing services:
- compliance with the requirements of the current legislation on environmental protection;
- serviceable technical condition of the vehicle;
- medical examination of the physical condition of the driver.
- compliance with traffic rules, safety regulations when providing services under the contract.
