Payment terms:The cost of preparing a railway tank car includes the cost of finding a car on the tracks for up to 7 days. Payment for the services rendered is made after 15 (fifteen) days, calculated starting from the day following the date of signing by the Customer of the act of work performed, provided there are no facts of poor-quality provision of services and the provision of documentation confirming the provision of services.
Delivery terms:The contractor performs the entire list of works on commercial and technical preparation of empty wagons for loading in accordance with the Rules for the transportation of liquid cargo in bulk in tank cars and bunker-type wagons for the transportation of petroleum bitumen, approved by the Railway Transport Council (protocol dated 05/22/09), in the amount according to designation 5 of Appendix B of Table B.1 GOST 1510-2022.
Brief description of the work performed:
- Measurement of the value of the remaining cargo in the boiler of the tank car;
- Checking the serviceability of the sealing gasket of the tank car;
- Checking the operability and serviceability of the elements of the draining equipment;
- Checking the serviceability of the sealing gasket of the shutter of the lower drain device;
- Checking the serviceability of the additional degree of protection of the drain device (if available).
