Comments:
The commercial offer must contain the total cost confirmed by the calculation for the provision of services (all data on the cost of work must be summarized in tables, Appendices 1, 2, 3).
Work producers must have a specialized education, work experience of at least 3 three years with air conditioning equipment and appropriate qualifications (electrical safety group not lower than III; certificate for work in the cradle (lift-car lift)).
Simultaneously with the placement of the offer, the Bidder should attach copies of the statutory documents (see the list in the bid documentation) necessarily at the time of submission of the offer.
One of the important criteria for evaluating the offer is the deferral of payment. The preferred postponement period is 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of completed works (recommended).
