Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The payment for the Services rendered is made in the following order:
the final payment for the Services rendered, with a delay of at least 60 and no more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the services rendered, subject to the submission by the Contractor of the following documents:
a) the act of acceptance of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
b) invoices;
c) a report on the volume of services rendered
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
In case of conclusion of an Agreement with the SMSP, clause b) clause 3.1. is stated in the following wording:
the final payment for the Services rendered is made within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of acceptance of the Services Rendered signed and sent by the Contractor on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor, by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account or by other agreed parties that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:The total period for the provision of Services within 12 calendar months from the date of signing the contract.
