Ranking of bids

Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
1. Terms of payment: 100% post-payment, deferral of payment 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of delivery and acceptance of completed works
2. Confirm agreement with the terms of the Requirements Specification
3. Attach a valid license for waste management activities of hazard class IV-V (if available)
4. Confirm compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation for the performance of works and services for the removal of waste
5. Confirm the availability of equipment owned (leased) for the provision of waste management services of hazard class IV-V
6. Indicate the possibility of providing technical devices for loading/unloading barrels
7. Confirm the possibility of one-time removal of waste in the amount of 120,000 kg, then removal 1-2 times a month upon bid.
8. Specify the method of waste disposal of hazard class IV-V (method, landfill address)
9. Confirm the mandatory departure of the contractor's specialist to the facility to assess waste of hazard class IV-V
10. Specify contact details for communication (full name, e-mail, tel.)
11. Confirm the fixed cost of services for the entire period of the contract
12. Mandatory application of a tax certificate (Extract from the legal entity assessment service
13. The possibility of signing a contract in the EDI (electronic document management), specify the provider
14. Specify the validity period of the Commercial Proposal (at least 2 months)

E-Signature is not required.
Participation is free of charge

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
