Payment within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the UPD for the supply of goods and materials.
Delivery terms:
1. The delivery time of spare parts is February 2023.
2. Availability of quality certificates, passports for the requested goods. Only new spare parts and assemblies are allowed for delivery.
3. The prices of the Goods must take into account delivery to the Buyer (to the delivery address of the goods and materials specified in the tender) and other costs associated with the delivery of the Goods.
4. Only Participants who have submitted a commercial offer in the form of procurement documentation and have fulfilled all the conditions of procurement under the procedure are allowed to participate in the procedure.
Comments: 1. The participant who took part in the procedure (who made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, is obliged to upload a commercial offer to the system in the form of a table attached to the procedure (on the letterhead of the organization, signed by an authorized employee of the organization and with its seal), indicating the terms of payment, the delivery period of the Goods and the warranty period for the supplied The product is positional.
