This request for a commercial offer is sent in accordance with the regulations of the Organizers of the Bidding procedure as part of the request for commercial offers, which is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and also is not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time until the results of the tender are summed up without explanation, without incurring any liability to the Bidders. Federal Law No. 223-FZ of July 18, 2011 "On Call for Bidding of Goods, Works, and Services by Certain Types of Legal Entities" does not apply to Buyers and the Organizer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
