Auto-extension

Payment terms:
5 (five) working days after delivery of the cargo to the destination, subject to the provision of correct closing documents and transport documents.
Delivery terms:
The customer organizes unloading from the import vessel, placement of the cpc on the SVH and customs clearance of cargo. The freight forwarder organizes the acceptance of cargo with further sea transportation to Magadan within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of the end of customs clearance, which is confirmed by the GTE with a customs stamp on the release of the goods.
Comments: It is necessary to indicate the lowest cost of the fuel and energy complex for both batches on one of the transportation options chosen by the freight forwarder (from clause 14.3 or clause 14.6 of the Commercial Proposal) on the E-Marketplace.
The E-Marketplace requires the cost of the fuel and energy complex in rubles.
"The following Commercial Proposals are not accepted for consideration:
- Customer's cards that do not meet the conditions;
- without a completed Application No. 2 (Placement Plan) ;
- without the documents specified in Appendix No. 3, 4 (documents are provided only by those Bidders who do not have Contractual relations with the Customer);
- without seals, without signatures of the Bidder;
- with errors in calculations.
Bidders who provide Commercial Proposals not in accordance with the requirements of the Customer's Offer Card are excluded from the tender due to unfair competition. If mistakes are repeated, the Bidder will be blacklisted."

"Appendix No. 1. Weight and dimensional characteristics of the cargo, packaging.
Appendix No. 2. The plan of placement of cargo spaces in vehicles. Fill it out and send it to the Customer at the same time as the Commercial Proposal.
Appendix No. 3. The list of constituent documents for verification of the Bidder company in the Customer's security service. Send the documents to the Customer at the same time as the Commercial Proposal, if the Bidder does not have a Contractual relationship with the Customer. Note in paragraph 8 of the Commercial Proposal.
Appendix No. 4. Consent of the head of the Bidder company to the processing of personal data.Fill it out and send it to the Customer at the same time as the Commercial Proposal. Note in paragraph 8 of the Commercial Proposal.
Appendix No. 5. Proforma of the Customer's Feasibility Study Agreement. The Bidder needs to review the Customer's Contract form and confirm their readiness to sign the Contract in the Customer's editorial office by marking in clause9 of the Commercial Proposal. In case of disagreement, the Bidder must issue a Protocol of Disagreement and send it to the Customer at the same time as the Commercial Proposal.
Appendix No. 6. Bid form. The Bidder needs to review the Bid form and confirm their readiness to sign the Bid in the Customer's editorial office by marking it in clause 10 of the Commercial Proposal. In case of disagreement, the Bidder must issue a Protocol of Disagreement and send it to the Customer at the same time as the Commercial Proposal. "
