To prepare an application, potential participants are given the opportunity to inspect the Customer's facilities. The date and time of arrival at the Customer's territory must be agreed in advance by phone with the General Director of Abakan SES LLC Abramichev Mikhail Vyacheslavovich tel.: +7 909 526 30 00 or with Chief Engineer Nikolai Anatolyevich Yamshchikov, tel.: +7 961 743 09 45 .

Additional source documentation is provided subject to the signing of a confidentiality agreement (Appendix No. 3). A scanned copy of the Confidentiality Agreement (Appendix No. 3) should be sent to the Secretary of the Procurement Commission by e-mail: zakup@kges.ru .
