Payment terms:На основании счета Продавца, в течение 3-х банковских дней от даты его выставления, Покупатель вносит предоплату в размере 30% за Товар на расчетный счет Продавца. Окончательный расчет Покупатель производит в течение 60 дней с момента выставления счета.
Delivery terms:Поставка Товара производится путем выборки Товара Держателем карт на АЗС с использованием учетных терминалов для идентификации владельца карты. Продавец предоставляет Покупателю возможность выборки Товара со следующего дня от даты получения карт Покупателем/Держателем. Дата поставки – дата, указанная в Терминальном чеке.
