PJSC VimpelCom invites your company to take part in the Formation of a preliminary list of participants in the procurement event "Selecting a contractor for the provision of diagnostics, maintenance, conservation, overhaul and modernization of diesel generator sets (DGS)" for the subsequent Qualification selection.
Geography Purchases - all regions of the Russian Federation.
The preliminary period of validity of the results of the Procurement is 3 years.
Subject of the procurement - Execution of works on diagnostics, maintenance, conservation, overhaul and modernization of diesel generator sets.
A detailed description of the Procurement subject is specified in the Terms of Reference, which will be provided during the Commercial Stage.
Perimeter and volume of purchase:
• The main manufacturers of diesel generators: SDMO, FG Wilson, Caterpillar, Geko, RID, WFM.
• DGS power: from 12 kVA to 300 kVA.
• DGS decommissioned and not used for its intended purpose for more than one month. 38 units at the moment. Storage location: Yaroslavl (32 DGU) and Kaliningrad (6 DGU). The Contractor carries out diagnostics of the equipment to determine the condition at the place of storage, with the exception of about 7 units of diesel generator sets, diagnostics of which and possible subsequent repairs are carried out on the territory of the Contractor. Diagnostics of DGS located in Kaliningrad should be carried out at their location.
• DGS in operation at the Company's facilities in all regions of the Russian Federation. About 900 units at the moment. These diesel generators are subject to modernization, if necessary. Modernization of equipment is carried out according to a separate Technical Assignment of the Customer. Modernization can be carried out both at the Customer's site and at the Contractor's premises.
Stages:
1. Formation of a preliminary list of Participants.
2. Qualification (documentary evidence of qualification requirements, compliance with block factors).
3. Commercial stage (request for proposals among Qualified Participants).
4. Selection of winners, testing (if necessary).
5. Conclusion of a contract.
To complete Stage 1, we ask you to place the following completed documents in this announcement by 23:00 (Moscow time) on December 11, 2020 (primary documentation package *).
Note: * Please note that the Primary documentation package is not sufficient for the subsequent Qualification procedure. The participants who have submitted an application (primary package of documentation) will be sent the Qualification criteria approved by VimpelCom. Compliance with the approved criteria will need to be documented in due course.

Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of PJSC VimpelCom and the submission of documentation also means acceptance of the terms of the Privacy Statement, and you will be responsible for non-compliance with the terms of the Privacy Statement in accordance with applicable law.
2. Completed "Participant Questionnaire" (file "1. Participant's questionnaire ") in two versions - in Word format and in PDF format (scanned with a signature), signed by an authorized person of the Participant and certified by the seal of the organization. Be sure to indicate in the Questionnaire the full name / phone number / e-mail of the responsible manager to accompany this procurement event;
3. Completed financial analysis document (file "2. FinAnaliz_rating ") in two versions - in Excel format and in PDF format (scan with signature);
4. Provide financial statements (scanned copies of the Balance Sheet and the Statement of Financial Results (profit and loss statement). Provide all these documents in PDF format (scanned copy with a mark of the Federal Tax Service).
If the last available reporting is annual, then annual reporting for the last 2 years is provided. If the last available reporting is for a quarter / six months / 9 months, then reporting for 3 periods is provided: the last reporting period of the current year and 2 previous years. If a participant belongs to a holding, consolidated statements of the holding are provided.
5. Completed "Questionnaire of a potential VK supplier" (file "3. Form of a potential VK supplier ") in Excel format for invitation to other procurement activities of PJSC" VimpelCom ".
6. Completed "Questionnaire of tax discipline" (file "5. Tax discipline questionnaire ") in Excel format.
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
• Each scanned document should be easy to read;
• Each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and attachments must also be grouped into one file;
• Each document should have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
This invitation does not constitute a notice of an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail any obligations for PJSC VimpelCom provided for in these Articles.
