Auto-extension

Payment terms:Форма, сроки и порядок оплаты товаров и услуг - в соответствии с разделом 2 проекта договора «Блокировка карт» и разделом 5 проекта договора «Цена договора и порядок расчетов».
Delivery terms:.1. Место передачи товаров: на точках обслуживания, расположенных в г. Тамбове и Тамбовской области. Обязательно наличие АЗС/АЗК на территории г. Тамбова и АЗС/АЗК расположенных в административных районах Тамбовской области в количестве не менее 50% (пятидесяти процентов) от общего числа административных районов Тамбовской области.
4.2. Условия и порядок передачи товаров и карт: в соответствии с условиями, указанными в разделе 2 проекта договора «Порядок получения карт. Блокировка карт» и в разделе 3 проекта договора «Порядок получения товаров и услуг».
4.3. Передача товара осуществляется до 30.06.2015 включительно или до получения товаров и услуг на сумму, предусмотренную п. 5.1 договора, в зависимости от того, что наступит ранее.
