Product requirements:
1) Products must comply with TK;
2) Products shall be new, unused;
3) The products must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, passport, document confirming quality;
4) It is obligatory to fill in and provide:
- each sheet of the "Technical and commercial proposal" form (signed pdf + excel);
- additional detailed technical specifications for the proposed equipment (according to the supplier's form);
5) This RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
6) This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
