Каждую машину должен сопровождать документ качества.
К рассмотрению принимаются коммерческие предложение с указанием месторождением песка.
Технические требования:
-SIO2(общий) - не менее 95% или кварца - не менее 75%;
-илистых и глинистых примесей не более 3%.
-слюды-0,5%;
-влажность песка-не более 6%;
-при обратке 3%-м раствором каустической соды (проба на органические примеси по ГОСТ 8735) не должен придавать раствору коричневую и темно-коричневую окраску.
- Фракция примесей щебня не должна превышать 40мм и быть не больше 5% от общей массы.
