1. In addition to filling out the tabular form on the E-Marketplace, the submission of a scanned Technical and Commercial Proposal (tender offer) on letterhead is MANDATORY, broken down by materials, prices, delivery dates and payment form.
2. Bids will be considered only from accredited suppliers on the B2B platform and only those posted on the E-Marketplaces.
