Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the buyer makes the payment by money transfer to the account of the provider in the following order: advance payment 50% of the price of the item, 50% postpay within 5 (five) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the lot of the goods from the carrier at the buyer's warehouse. The cost of delivery is included with the price of the product.
Delivery terms:Supplier delivers the goods at its own expense and on its own to the warehouse of the buyer. Having a passport quality or other document certifying the quality of the goods. The delivered merchandise must be new, not remanufactured. Term of delivery: 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of signing of the specification. When shipping the goods to the buyer with the notification provision of copies: invoices, Torg-12 and documents confirming shipment of goods through the carrier. The provider ensures 100% fulfillment of the customer's application (the assortment and quantity).
