| Payment terms: | Payment for services rendered shall be received upon their rendering on the basis of signed by the Customer's deposit of an instrument - acceptance of services rendered and the Contractor of the invoice within 45 calendar days (30 calendar days in the contract with the SMEs) from the date of signing of the documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage services) performer, and the performer of the documents stipulated in the contract.
Under the documents referred to in this paragraph the Parties agreed to consider:

| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
