2. IT IS MANDATORY TO SPECIFY FULL AND ACCURATE PRODUCT NAME WITH ALL FEATURES AND ATTACH APPROPRIATE PHOTOS;
3. Be sure to fill in additional fields;
4. The cost of the goods must be taken into account the packaging and labelling according to GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96 "Products sent to areas of the far north and their equivalent areas. Packaging, labeling, transporting and storing"
5. Certificates of conformity, passport, quality certificate, safety certificate, and tare must be attached to the KP;
6. Before shipping, provide a photo of the packaged goods, each place must be marked with a packing list according to the Buyer's form;
7. The product must be new, not used, manufactured not earlier than 6 months from the date of KP display;
Criteria for choosing the best offer: lowest cost, quality, delivery time, cost, payment terms, experience, agreement to the contract.
This request for proposal procedure is not a competition and is not governed by articles 447-449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
