Payment terms:Покупатель оплачивает стоимость поставленного Товара в течение 10 (десяти) рабочих дней с даты подписания товарной накладной, товарно-транспортной накладной, по выставленному счету. При этом датой поставки считается дата подписания товарной, товарно-транспортной накладной представителем Покупателя
Delivery terms:Поставка Товара осуществляется партиями на основании Заявок Покупателя. Количество и ассортимент товара указывается в заявке, и может изменяться ежемесячно в соответствии с производственной потребностью покупателя. Срок выполнения заявки в течение 3 (трёх) рабочих дней после получения заявки Поставщиком.
Поставка Товара осуществляется силами и транспортом Поставщика на Центральный склад Покупателя.
