Payment terms:Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 60 (Sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods and signing by the Buyer of the unified form of the consignment note (in the form of TORG-12, approved by the resolution of the State Statistics Committee of Russia dated 25.12.98 N 132), subject to receipt from the Supplier of the invoice issued on the basis of the signed contract, by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account.

Comments:
It is necessary to prepare a commercial offer (in the form). KP can not be filled in for all positions. The KP must be initialed on each page. The validity period of the CP must be at least 60 (sixty) calendar days.
At this stage, a request for proposals is conducted in order to familiarize the KP of Participants, review and identify the most favorable conditions.
Next, the main price stage (rebidding) will be held, to which Participants who have submitted the most favorable offers will be admitted. According to the result of the rebidding, a decision is made on the expediency of concluding a supply contract.

Note: this request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
