The date of delivery, as well as the date of transfer of ownership of the Goods to the Buyer, is the date of receipt of the Goods by the Consignee in the warehouse, which must be confirmed by a note in the accompanying documents for the cargo (Competitive biddingProcess-12, TN, etc.). The Seller's expenses for the delivery of the Goods to the Consignee's warehouse are included in the price of the Goods and are not additionally paid by the Buyer.
