Payment terms:Аванс не более 30% от стоимости договора. Заказчик оплачивает авансовый платеж в течение 15 (Пятнадцати) банковских дней после предоставления Исполнителем безусловной и безотзывной банковской гарантии в обеспечение возврата аванса в соответствии с п. 8. Договора и счета на сумму авансового платежа.
Форма оплаты - безналичный расчет, путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Подрядчика. Оплата производится в соответствии с правилами безналичных расчетов в порядке плановых платежей на основании счетов, счетов-фактур, актов выполненных работ, с отсрочкой платежа - 30 дней после подписания актов выполненных работ.
Delivery terms:Срок поставки и выполнения работ: не более 28 календарных дней с момента получения предоплаты.
Доставка запасных частей: осуществляется силами Подрядчика за свой счет.
Гарантийные условия: на запасные части и элементы – 12 месяцев с момента подписания актов выполненных работ, на выполненные работы – 6 месяцев.
