Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Postpayment at least 45 calendar days from the date of delivery of the equipment and the signing by the parties of the consignment note in the form of TORG-12.
Delivery terms:At the moment, the exact amount of equipment cannot be determined. Deliveries are planned in different volumes to different regions of the Russian Federation.
Ozone intends to select suppliers with the lowest price for further orders within 12 months.

Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Требования к коммерческому предложению:1.Необходимо заполнить файл Excel (все вкладки) и предоставить его строго в формате Excel
2. Приложить презентацию о компании
3. Необходимо дать единичные цены по позициям
