- Организатор оставляет за собой право до признания участника победителем закупочной процедуры по вышеуказанным материальным группам провести технический аудит производственных мощностей участника с целью подтверждения возможности участника произвести о поставить продукцию в соответствие с требованиями Организатора; участник закупочной процедуры может быть признан победителем только в случае положительного заключения такого технического аудита;
- участник, являясь производителем и подавая свою заявку на участник в закупочной процедуре, подтверждает готовность в сроки, согласованные с Организатором, обеспечить проведение технического аудита силами Организатора производственных мощностей участника.
