Payment terms:
• The price of the delivered Goods must include all the Supplier's expenses, including the costs of delivering the Goods, loading and unloading, insurance, payment of customs duties, taxes, fees and other mandatory payments, as well as other expenses that the Supplier may incur in connection with the execution of the contract.
• Advance payment under the Contract is not carried out.
• The payment for the delivered Goods is carried out by the Buyer on the Supplier's account on the basis of the Accounting Document signed by the Parties for the accounting of trading operations, drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 402-FZ dated 06.12.2011 "On Accounting" (hereinafter referred to as the Accounting Document), or the universal transfer document (hereinafter referred to as the UPD), drawn up in accordance with the requirements Federal Tax Service (Letter of the Federal Tax Service dated 10/21/2013 No. MMV–20-3/96@).
• Payment is made in the currency of the Russian Federation (rubles) by bank transfer, by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account.
• The Buyer's obligation to pay for the delivered Goods is considered fulfilled on the date of debiting funds from the Buyer's account.
Delivery terms:
The goods are delivered from Monday to Thursday from 09.00 to 16.00, on Friday from 09.00 to 15.00, during the lunch break from 12.00 to 13.00 the goods are not accepted (Moscow time).
The supplier performs loading and unloading operations on its own, delivers the goods to the warehouse at the address: 354364, Krasnodar Territory, Sochi, Lenin St., 300.
The Supplier must provide 1 (One) business day before the date of delivery of the Goods the passport data of the driver and the Supplier's representatives accompanying the Goods, the brand and the state registration mark of the vehicle delivering the Goods.
The Supplier must comply with the requirements of the access and on-site modes established by the Buyer.
The Goods are delivered according to bids for delivery in separate batches. The Bid shall specify the name and number of plants:
- The Customer submits an Bid to the Supplier for the supply of seedlings of annual flower crops (summer crops) no later than March 10 of the current year.
- For the supply of seedlings of biennial flower crops, the Customer submits an Bid no later than August 01 of the current year.
- For the supply of bulbs and corms of flower crops, the Customer submits an Bid to the Supplier no later than June 20 of this year.
- For the supply of indoor plants, the Customer submits a Bid to the Supplier 20 working days before the expected delivery date.
- For the supply of seedlings of perennial crops, the Customer submits a Bid to the Supplier 60 working days before the expected delivery date.
The bid is executed in free form and sent to the Supplier's e-mail address specified in the Contract. Receipt of the Bid is confirmed by the Supplier within 2 (Two) business days by sending an e-mail to the Buyer's address specified in the Contract.
The quality of seedlings of perennial crops must meet the quality and parameters requirements of GOST 26869-86 "Seedlings of ornamental shrubs. Technical specifications", GOST 27635-88 "Seedlings of varietal roses and lilacs. Technical specifications", GOST 28829-90 "Seedlings of ornamental trees and shrubs in containers. Technical specifications".
The quality of seedlings of annual (summer) and biennial flower crops must meet the quality and parameters requirements of GOST 28852-90 "Seedlings of flower crops. Technical specifications".
The delivered goods must meet the quality requirements of GOST 28849-90 "Bulbs and corms of flower crops. Technical conditions" (with the exception of paragraph 1 of the section "Tubers and bulbs of flower crops", Table 1).
Tubers and bulbs of flower crops must be cleaned of soil, leaf residues, dying scales and other impurities. The appearance, color, shape of the bulbs should correspond to the characteristic features of this variety.
Seedlings of perennial crops, seedlings of annual (summer), biennial flower crops, indoor plants should be well-rooted and symmetrically developed plants, uniformly leafy. The shape of plants, the color of shoots and leaves should be characteristic of this species and variety.
The presence of pests, diseases, mechanical damage is not allowed on the Product.
According to the phytosanitary condition of tubers and bulbs of flower crops, the following requirements are imposed:
- the absence of external signs of gray and / or botrytic rot lesions in the form of yellowish-gray depressed spots of various sizes and shapes, on the outer scales of yellow-brown spots in a reddish halo, spores in the form of gray plaque and / or black sclerotia of the fungus. Tubers and bulbs of flower crops should not be soft, wrinkled, should not have darkening and cracked bottom.
- absence of external signs of soft rot damage in the form of pink color, watery, characteristic unpleasant odor, the presence of short shoots;
- absence of external signs of fusarium lesion in the form of brown, darkening spots, clearly bounded along the edge by a red-brown line on the bottom, a specific odor;
- absence of external signs of the presence of pests: small passages and cavities, sometimes filled with brownish powder.
Seedlings of perennial crops, seedlings of annual (summer), biennial flower crops, indoor plants should be supplied in pots, cassettes with a closed root system.
The packaging of the Goods must ensure its safety during transportation, loading and unloading, storage.
The packaging of the Goods must be marked, the name and address of the manufacturer, and its trademark.
The name of the Goods and the manufacturer of the delivered Goods must correspond to the name of the Goods and its manufacturer indicated in the documents submitted at the time of delivery of the Goods
