Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

The buyer, if necessary (changing the volume requirement) has the right to reduce / increase unilaterally (according to Article 450 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) the amount of equipment by 30% (both in the direction of increase and decrease).
Orders can be placed according to the needs of the buyer, in batches during the entire period of cooperation.
Due to the need, a tender is being held for the supply of thermal covers for the GM format for 2023-2024.
IMPORTANT! Orders are placed according to the needs of the buyer, in batches during the period of cooperation.
IMPORTANT!!!!: The supply of thermal covers should be carried out by the end of February 2024. (3 pieces must be shipped before December 2023 to the Krasnodar Shopping Center)
Terms of delivery of the goods: delivery by and at the expense of the supplier to all specified shopping centers (a file with a list of shopping centers and a breakdown is attached to the tender).
Prerequisite: testing of samples before signing the contract. The model must be supplied strictly according to the Requirements Specification.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
