Payment terms:Lot No. 1 and No. 2: leasing registration. Selection of the lessor's company after determining the Winning Supplier.
Lot No. 3: prepayment of 50%, the remaining 50% upon delivery of the Goods and the provision of a full package of documents (invoice, bill of lading (or UPD)) within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Delivery terms:Delivery to the Buyer's address is carried out by the Supplier.
Required delivery time: April 2022 (minimum short delivery time is required)

To their proposals in electronic form, participants in this procedure must attach the applicant's application, appendices to the application, including a commercial offer signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure. The application form and commercial offer are attached.
In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of such a participant.

Participants of the procedure are required to upload the following documents:
- participant's application (Form No. 1);
- commercial offer (Form No. 2);
- certificate of INN, OGRN, on entry into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- balance sheet for the last calendar year;
- partner card;
- VAT declaration for 2021
- the charter, the document on appointment (election) to the position of the head;
- documents for products (passports/ certificates).
- a letter of guarantee stating that the commercial offer is calculated in full compliance with the required parameters of this request for proposals.

The cost of the Goods must be indicated taking into account the delivery to the Buyer's warehouse.

The validity period of the claimed commercial offer must be at least 30 days.

Note: this price request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
