Payment terms:The form of settlement between the Customer and the Supplier is carried out in the form of non-cash transfer of funds to the settlement account of the Supplier.
The Customer shall pay the value of the Goods in advance payment, by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Supplier specified in this agreement.
The frequency of deposit and the amount of money transferred by the Customer in the order of preliminary payment of the value of the Goods, shall be determined by the Customer independently.
Delivery terms:Products delivery time: from the moment of conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than from 01.01.2020 to 31.12.2020.

Requirement for the place of provision of services: Supplier's filling station in the city. Pavlovo, g. Nizhny Novgorod, Nizhny Novgorod region and other regions of the Volga Federal District.
