Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for the performed work shall be carried out by the Customer as follows: 100% of the cost of work performed within 60 banking days from the date of signing the act of executed works to the provision of primary statements (act of acceptance of performed work, commercial - invoice), but not earlier than the 25th day of month following the month of signing the act of executed works.
Delivery terms:Calibration testing of measuring tools must be conducted on standard equipment of the Contractor, with a valid test certificate, in accordance with the approved regulations on the methods and means of verification. The organization carrying out the verification shall be accredited for verification of measuring instruments in accordance with applicable law; verifiable measuring instruments in accordance with Annex No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 to this statement of work must be included in the scope of Contractor accreditation. The result of calibration is recognition of the measuring instruments suitable for use or unusable. According to the results of works (services) a certificate of calibration shall be issued in established by legislation form and calibration protocol with a print of verification mark or notice of unfitness. On the certificate of verification and/or for measuring instruments a verification mark in the form of stickers with bar - code shall be stamped. Duration and scope of services of quality assurance must fully comply with existing rules and regulations established by the current RF legislation for this type of service, and to act during the entire period of service provision. Verification and acceptance of iinstruments can be carried out on-site.
