Auto-extension

Mandatory conditions for participants:
Payment terms: 100% post-payment in 60 calendar days from the date of signing by both Parties of the Act of acceptance of the Services rendered at each stage and the provision of the invoice by the Contractor
The possibility of changing the volume +/-30% (the declared volume in the application-specification)
The contractor confirms the fixing of tariffs for a period of 1 year from the date of conclusion of the contract
Conclusion of a contract according to the standard form of JSC "Dixy Yug"
The order of execution of works: 2.3 within 7 days, after receiving from the Customer (DIXY company) an application for testing in the electrical installation of the store, perform operational, acceptance tests of electrical equipment and provide a printed technical report (in 2 copies of the originals), including on electronic media - no later than a month, following the month in which the work was completed
Companies involved in the tender must have a certificate of registration of the electrical laboratory issued by Rostechnadzor (preferably), or another supervisory authority
Work experience of at least 5 years
The companies participating in the tender procedure should not be manufacturers of EMR at the facilities of DIXIE

The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
