Payment terms:Форма оплаты: безналичный расчет.
Заказчик производит оплату Подрядчику в следующем порядке:
- в течение 5 (пяти) банковских дней с момента выставления счета Подрядчиком, но не ранее даты подписания настоящего Договора Сторонами, Заказчик перечисляет на расчетный счет Подрядчика аванс в размере 50 % от стоимости Работ;
-окончательный расчет с Подрядчиком Заказчик производит по фактическим объемам выполненных Работ в течение 5 (пяти) банковских дней со дня подписания Сторонами Акта о приемке выполненных Работ (по форме КС-2) и справки о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат (по форме КС-3) с учетом ранее оплаченного аванса.
Delivery terms:Сроки оказания Услуг: не более 20 (двадцати) рабочих дней со дня вступления договора в силу.
Условия оказания Услуг: согласно технического задания, являющегося приложением к закупочной документации
