Payment terms:
Вознаграждение уплачивается ежемесячно, начиная с даты выдачи гарантии и по дату истечения срока действия гарантии (включительно), либо по дату возврата Гарантии (включительно), либо по получении Гарантом оригинала письменного отказа Бенефициара от гарантии и освобождении Гаранта от обязательств по гарантии (включительно), в зависимости от того, какое из этих событий наступит ранее.
Delivery terms:
Комиссия за выдачу банковской гарантии – не более 1,5 % годовых.
Срок банковской гарантии – 8 месяцев с момента заключения договора.
Обеспечение – без обеспечения.
Прочие условия – без открытия расчетного счета.
Право банка на одностороннее увеличение платы за выдачу гарантии и за вынужденное отвлечение ресурсов в случае осуществления платежа по гарантии не предусмотрено
