Internet Solutions LLC invites you to take part in the preliminary qualification selection of developers for the design and construction of FF on a land plot located in Novomoskovskiy JSC, Moscow, with the completion of construction and obtaining permission to put the facility into operation in September 2023.
The project can be implemented in two scenarios:
Scenario 1 - full-cycle development followed by the long-term lease of the object to the Ozone Company.
Scenario 2 - full-cycle development with the subsequent sale of the object to the Ozone Company.
Data on the land plot (VRI, cost, availability of technical specifications, etc.) will be announced at the main stage of the tender.
An essential criterion for the selection of participants for the main stage of the tender for proposals for full-cycle development with subsequent lease is:
- experience in the construction and operation of Class A industrial or warehouse buildings with an area of 40,000 sq.m. (two or more objects)

Required set of documents for participation in the accreditation of participants:
- NDA (signed and stamped in pdf format).
- KA card (in excel format).
- List of documents for DD.
- Presentation of the company indicating the experience of construction, operation (if applicable) in any form, with the attachment of photo and / or video materials, as well as the address, type and area of the object, specifying the main types of work under construction.
Venue of bidding:
