In the case of changing needs, the customer reserves the right to reduce the amount of purchased products.

and selected the winner: "NPO"Plazma NT" OOO – (Bidder 2) (Дякин В.В.) submitting a bid dated of 12.10.2017 17:24 totalling to 38 847 510,50 RUB (price incl. VAT) for Lot No. 4.
Reject all offers for Lots No. 1-3, 5-7
Обоснование: Закупочной комиссией принято решение:
1. Не допустить к стадии оценки и сопоставления заявки ООО "ФЕРРИТ", ЗАО "Энергопромсервис-Инжиниринг", ООО "РЕСУРС-СБЫТ", ООО "ТРАНССИБМЕТАЛЛ, ООО "ТПК "ЦЕЗАРЬ" – основания принятия решения указаны в соответствующем столбце;
2. По лоту №4 признать запрос цен несостоявшимся и на основании п.8.11.3 «Положения о порядке закупки товаров, выполнения работ, оказания услуг для АО «Уралкриомаш» (с изменениями)» заключить договор с ООО "НПО"Плазма НТ" с суммой договора 38 847 510,50 руб. с учетом НДС, как с участником закупочной процедуры, подавшим единственное ценовое предложение, соответствующее требованиям закупочной документации.
3. По лотам №№1,2,3,5,6,7 признать запрос цен несостоявшимся в виду отсутствия поданных заявок, соответствующих требованиям закупочной документации.
